For packages shipped via USPS: 

If you have not yet received your package after 2-3 weeks, there is a good chance it is being held at your local post office. While it varies country to country, we recommend going to your government’s post office closest to you, or the post office that makes regular deliveries to you. This is generally the most used and affordable carrier in your country. The USPS (United States Postal Service) partners with the post office of your local country to complete delivery, and often your local post office will be holding your package for you to pick up.

For example, this would be the Canadian Post in Canada, the Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, and La Poste in France. Search for “USPS equivalent in [your country]” if you are unsure which post office this would be in your country.

We recommend checking in with your local post office on a regular basis. Unfortunately, if a package is held at the post office for too long, they will send the package back to us.

If import fees are not paid, your post office will not be able to deliver your item. Depending on local regulations, your package will either be destroyed or sent back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that have been destroyed. We can refund your order if the item has arrived safely back to us. However, in any case we will not be able to refund the shipping fee.

There is a good chance your package is being held at your local post office.

Some customers don't see tracking updates or don't see them after a while. That is normal! 

When a package goes overseas, the package is passed on to the partner carriers of that country. The partner carriers don't always update or report backtracking info back to us, so sometimes the tracking doesn't show any updates. Don't be alarmed - the package is still underway to the destination!

If it's been over two to three weeks since the package has shipped with no updates, call or visit your local post office. There is a good chance your local post office is holding your package (we find this is the case for 90% of missing packages)! Make sure to do this promptly as they will send the package back to us if it's not picked up in time.

International shipping takes on average two to five weeks to arrive. COVID 19 has been causing a lot of delays as safety measures have been put in place to keep delivery workers (and you) safe!

This means longer wait times as packages are routinely checked across borders. Packages often pass through multiple countries on their way to the final destination, which means the package needs to clear customs for multiple countries, and each country has its own safety protocol.

If your order shows up as delivered but you haven't received it, it is most likely being held at the post office where they are waiting for a signature or payment of any import taxes as imposed by your government.

We recommend you call or visit your local post office. Make sure to reach out to them promptly or else the packages will be sent back to us!

Returns and exchanges

To make a return, simply go to https://deepend.me/a/returns to start the return process. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of international return shipping.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time due to the complexity of international shipping. You will need to return your order via our returns page at https://deepend.me/a/returns and place a new order for your desired size.
